Locatepros.com provides easy access to a network of pre-screened and professional contractors for homeowners. We welcome experienced, qualified contractors who would like to partner with us and be part of our expanding network. We match contractors with pre-qualified leads of homeowners who are in need of professional heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and roofing services. If you are a licensed, reputable contractor wishing to register to join Locatepros.com you will need to do the following:

1. You must be U-WIN bonded. If you are not U-WIN bonded, please contact U-WIN at 1-877-655-UWIN. And click on the U-WIN link to download the application.

2. Complete registration form at locatepros.com/register.php. Once you have been approved for acceptance into the Locatepros.com network of contractors you will then be eligible to receive pre-screened leads that meet your business criteria. You then simply look over the lead and decide if you wish to pursue it.

3. Once you are accepted to Locatepros.com, you will pay a one-time registration fee of $79.00. There are no annual fees.

4. All Locatepro.com contactors are required to establish an RSS link from your website to Locatepros.com. This will automatically add our feature and how-to articles to your company website. Instructions for establishing an RSS link is described below.

How To Add A RSS Feed
1. Enter the link below in your RSS Reader to subscribe to the Locatepros.com feed. http://www.locatepros.com/rss.php

2. Using this link you can add the Locatepros.com RSS feed to your Google, MSN, Yahoo or other customizable portal home page.

3. You may also access and subscribe to the RSS feed via your web browser as long as it supports RSS feeds.
