A: When you sign up for Locatepros.com you provide us a credit card on our secure server. You are billed for leads that are sent to you. You can cancel at anytime.

A: Your credit card will be billed a one-time registration fee of $79.00. Your credit card will be charged only when leads are sent to you.

Q: How much do leads cost and are all leads the same price regardless of job size?
A: There is a flat fee of $75.00 per lead. Your credit card will be charged only when leads are sent to you.

Q: How can I apply for a lead fee refund?
A: You may email your request to customerservice@locatepros.com or call our customer service line at 1-877-992-5622.

Q: What if I decide I no longer wish to be part of the network.  Can I get out?
A: Quite simply, yes.  All you have to do is log-in and request to cancel your service. No questions asked.
