A:  Locatepros.com contractors are available in most geographical areas. Just provide your zip code on page one of the Search For Contractors page and the contractor in your area will be provided. Expect a call from the contractor at the time you indicate on your sign-up form.

A:   In order for a contractor to register with Locatepros.com network they must meet the following strict criteria:
  1. Insured/Bonded.  All of the contractors in the Locatepros.com network are licensed and bonded.
  2. Meet Our Standards. Most of the contractors in the Locatepros.com network are industry certified, trained, and drug free, offer an on-time service guarantee, offer 2-year warranties on all repairs, have fully stocked vehicles and offer service 24/7, 365 days a year. 
  3. Are members of UWIN.
  4. We require a $1,000,000 minimum liability insurance coverage and $1,000,000 automobile insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

Q: What if during the project I decide I wish to cancel the contract with the service professional?
A: That decision will be between you and the service professional.  However, more than likely you will be charged for any work performed or materials provided up to that point. Keep in mind all work is backed by our UWIN guarantee.

Q:  Is there a difference between a licensed and a non-licensed service professional?
A: Licensing usually means they have been authorized by the state that they are licensed in to conduct services.
